As a new type of industry,creative industry has become an important part of the current multi-city industrial structure in the context of the knowledge economy,and has become one of the standards that can represent the new social competitiveness.Starting from the concept of creative industry and creative industry space,this paper firstly defines the main service group,the creative class,this special class concept,and then discusses how to better create from the behavioral psychology and characteristic needs of the creative class.A new creative space that is more suitable for their actual use needs,and then proposes the concept of community-based and grouped,that is,the “community” space.In the design,according to the new demands of the creative class in the creative space,sharing and cooperation as the main entry point,the workspace is the domain that best expresses its industry characteristics,creating a “Pixel +” of the entrepreneurial work community.It includes the working environment needs and characteristics associated with innovative entrepreneurship,and uses modular and modular space design as design features to create a functional composite community workspace.The design aspect is centered on the creative level,and it is also the most direct user of the community type space.It is different from the traditional office only to meet the original work needs,and the traditional single space type is difficult to meet.This is the integration of the creative space into the design.The original intention of the community.Through the design and integration of the basic space in the community space,the shared work area,the business activity area and other basic spaces,we can finally meet the functional requirements of a series of complex functions such as entrepreneurship,communication,learning,life and work.
