| The dispatching automation system has a close relationship with the safety peration of present power system, and its reliability can decide whether the power system can operate safely, and has a great influence on the national economy. As far as now, the dispatching automation system has got perfect functions, improved practical level, which plays an irreplaceable role on improving the reliability, safety and economic returns of power grid operation, reducing the dispatcher’s burden, realizing power grid automation and modernization, and improving dispatching efficiency and level.According to the present situation of Weixian power grid and design principle of dispatching automation system, this paper analyses the design demand of dispatching automation system, summarizes the functions the system needs, designs the overall structure of WGJ-2000 system,and further illustrates the software and hardware configuration and detailed structure, also designs the main functions,data management methods of WGJ-2000 system,as well as the system security measures and computer system interconnection interface at each security level. This paper also put forwards the details about the performances of each function, and makes analysis about problems met by part functions in practices, meanwhile put forwards the countermeasures,. The present system takes the essence of the former automation master system, synthesizes the operation & maintenance personnel experience, adopts the rationalization proposals of the dispatchers, applies the present popular software management mode and integration overall design principle. This system has been put into operation in Weixian power grid, and the operation results show that the whole system is comparatively stable, reliable, suitable and accurate, which can guarantee the safe, economic, real time, accurate, reliable operation of power grid, guarantee the dispatchers to dispatch scientifically, reasonably, and make limited power realize best economic returns. |
