Research On Architectural Programming And Design Of Township Public Service Complex

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the rural economy has brought about an improvement in the living standards and needs of the peasants.But the development model of giving priority to the development of the economy and giving priority to the development of the city makes the supply of public services in rural areas seriously inadequate.Especially as socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the inadequate development have become the main one in our society especially in the rural areas.So,strengthening the construction of rural public service facilities is an important part of promoting rural development and reducing the gap between urban and rural areas.In this background,a township complex with a variety of public service functions emerged.How to scientifically build the township public service complex is an urgent research topic in the township construction.The thesis expounds the related concepts of township public service complex,and deeply analyzes the formation mechanism of township public service complex and the status quo and existing problems of township public service buildings.It showed that the development of township public service complex should be based on the masses needs,context and social environment.Based on the theoretical methods of architectural programming,the thesis discussed the preliminary positioning,conditional survey,site programming,space programming,technical programming and economic programming of the project,and obtained the programming conclusions of the township public service complex through continuous feedback correction.On the basis of architectural programming,architectural design strategies such as functional combination,graphic design,internal and external space design,overall design and renovation are proposed.At the same time,the township public service complex is fully envisioned from the inside out,from the local to the whole,from beginning to end.Finally,combined with the case study of the Shuijinping Township Public Service Center,the theory and practice are linked.This thesis aims to construct a theoretical framework for the planning and design of township public service complexes,and provide a scientific design basis for the construction and development of such projects in the future.
