On-site lean management is a new management concept and model based on the requirements on achievement for lean management and unified management system.Company must fully understand the ideological principles of lean management in order to implement lean management,and use the lean management with considering its own characteristics.Company can put their management objects on a same system,so that resources such as people,machines,materials,rules,and environment within the enterprise can be rationally deployed to achieve lean and efficient management.The paper is based on the promotion of the produce management about 2nd assembly department of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry.This paper focuses on the final assembly stage of VLCC(Very Large Crude Carrier),selects several key cases in the VLCC assembly process,and based on the project management theory and lean management related theory,with the author’s own production management experience years,studies the problems in the production process and applies them.The theory identifies the cause of the problem and comes up with solutions to improve the on-site management level,reduce operating costs,and increase production efficiency.The paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background,purpose and research significance of this thesis,and briefly explains the relevant theories involved in this paper,and explains the research ideas.The second chapter is a theoretical introduction,which briefly describes the status of research on this issue in China and international.The third chapter mainly submits questions,introduces the on-site production situation of the assembly department,and summarizes the problems existing in the field from four aspects.The fourth chapter is the problem analysis,analyzes all aspects by applying the 4M1 E method to find the key to solve problems.The fifth chapter is the solution,combine lean management with actual production,and propose solutions and countermeasures to solve the problem.The various improvement measures proposed in this paper have a certain guiding role for the current ship construction,promote the integrity of ship production,and provide a strong production reference for subsequent ship production.
