Study On Optimization Of The Layout Of Public Bicycle Leasing Point In Lianyun District

Noise pollution,air pollution,road congestion,and frequent traffic accidents brought by vehicles have become urgent problems in urban transportation.“Green,health,efficiency and safety” is the new requirement for modern urban transportation.As a new green transportation vehicle,public bicycle,with the characteristics of flexibility,convenience,environmental protection,and health,has become a major solution to urban traffic problems.At present,there is still insufficient research on the development trend and development status of public bicycle projects implemented in cities of China,and great differences remain among cities on the traffic structure,terrain conditions,population distribution,urban development strategies,public bicycle operation methods and financial support policies.Meanwhile,since urban traffic is complicated and the development course of public bicycles is relatively short,many problems have arisen during the process of promotion.To be specific,unreasonable layout of bicycle rental sites is a prominent problem.This paper first briefly introduces the basic attributes of urban public bicycles,compares and analyzes the development characteristics of typical cities at home and abroad,summarizes the development experience and deficiencies,and then expounds the related theories of public bicycle rental site layout.Second,taking Lianyun District as an example,a detailed data analysis of the use of public bicycle rental sites is mainly carried out through three kinds of data.The circulation data of three public bicycle rental sites in Lianyun District for one month are selected to analyze the service condition.Then,the user preference data collected by questionnaires are adopted to analyze the individual characteristics and preferences of traveling.Finally,the opinions and suggestions in the questionnaires are analyzed to summarize the existing problems of public bicycle rental sites,which include unreasonable layout and delayed bicycle scheduling during rush hour.According to the rental data of the public bicycle rental sites in Lianyun District,cluster evaluation of 64 public bicycle rental sites in Lianyun District is achieved through the grey system theory.Based on the maximum membership principle,the unqualified sites are obtained.Finally,the buffer analysis is performed on the locations of public bicycle rental sites through GIS spatial analysis method,and their rationality is analyzed combining the user preference data.Combined with the analysis conclusions,the site locations are optimized and the optimization conclusion is proposed.
