The public bicycle system is an important component of public transportation and slow-moving traffic.It has very important value in improving the operational efficiency of urban transportation,improving the sharing of public transportation,and developing green and sustainable transportation.Most of the public bicycle stations that have been built in China have the problem of paying attention to the previous construction and neglecting the operation and management of the later period.This problem has restricted the further development of public bicycle and is also one of the major causes of the current disadvantages of public bicycle.How to effectively evaluate and optimize public bicycle stations that have already been built and operated has not received the general attention of researchers.In this paper,the topic of public bicycle station in Quzhou is the subject of research.The specific work is as follows:First of all,taking Quzhou City as an example,it analyzes the differences between the traffic characteristic of public bicycle and shared bicycle;based on the data of public bicycle stations from 2014 to 2017,it analyzes the traffic characteristics of the stations from both spatial and temporal perspectives.The analysis results show that there is a significant spatial and temporal disequilibrium in the use of public bicycle in Quzhou City.Second,based on the grey system theory,a grey combination model of public bicycle station operation evaluation was constructed using the two-stage grey clustering model and the grey weighted correlation model.The operation of 40 stations in the West District of Quzhou City was modeled and assessed,and come to the 4 main factors that affect station usage.Based on this,for the further study on the key factor: traffic safety,based on the variable fuzzy set theory,the subjective weights are calculated with the fuzzy consistent matrix,the objective weights are calculated with the entropy weight method,and the combination of the minimum discriminant information(MDI)principle is used,built a MDI combination weighting and variable fuzzy coupling model to systematically evaluate the status of bicycle traffic safety in the West District and obtained the main influencing factors.The research results show that the model constructed in this paper can meet theneeds of the public bicycle operation and traffic safety assessment in Quzhou City,and satisfy the grayness and fuzziness in the evaluation process,and draw a more objective assessment conclusion.Finally,based on the evaluation conclusions of the public bicycle station operation and bicycle traffic safety in the West District,the problems and shortcomings were analyzed,and combined with the actual situation in the region,from the 4 aspects of consultation and service,distance of station,regional riding consciousness and traffic safety,targeted optimization proposals are proposed.
