With the expansion of university enrollment and campus area,bicycle traffic has become an indispensable part of the campus transportation system.At the same time,the number of people,long distance and the simultaneous nature of the three causes of a bicycle tide,which led to the management of chaos,a serious phenomenon such as a series of campus ills,affecting the school appearance and campus harmony and stability.There are piles of public bicycles because of public welfare,sharing and centralized management and other characteristics gradually into the field of vision of university managers,but because the system construction costs are too high,and in the course of the operation often "no car can borrow,no Pile can also " phenomenon,restricting the development of the system.Therefore,this article as a starting point for the public bicycle system planning and layout of the in-depth study.First,the development of public bicycle systems were introduced,that the business model of choice and scientific and rational layout planning is the key to improve the system operational efficiency;domestic set up a public bicycle system schools have been summarized,comparison of different types of public bike the system clearly has pile public bicycle functions and status on campus Transit;also characteristic of the leased points by the analysis,provide the basis for sizing a different rental point level;questionnaires understand the students for campus public bicycle system layout satisfied with the situation,establish campus-based AHP evaluation system of public bicycles layout,extract the influence of the main factors of student satisfaction,provide a reference for site layout factors from the perspective of student satisfaction analysis,and Wei Jin Road campus lock pile configuration optimization;from both student satisfaction and costs,to determine the location of the target public bicycle campus sites,analysis of factors affecting the performance of the functions on the map using the quantitative spatial analysis Gis,the introduction of value in use model Genetic Algorithm Place the best location,to establish an overall scheduling shortest path to the target single dispatch center optimization model,genetic algorithm implemented in the programming matlab,finally a site by way of example.
