Application And Research Of The Integrated Platform For Operation And Maintenance In The Substation

Traditional substation operation and maintenance involves substation managers,operation staff and maintenance staff.The work involves the use of multiple systems,such as system of protection information,monitoring and control,online equipment monitor,enterprise asset management,video and environment monitor.With the increasing of scale and reliability requirements,personnel resources become increasingly strained.On the one hand lots of enterprises reflect the serious lack of staff,on the other hand substation work technology and management is inefficient.during many substation operation and maintenance work,recording is still relying on pen and papers and communicating by phone.Inefficient work mode has brought serious problems,which forcing us to use advanced management and technology means to change it.According to the research in china and abroad,the development of integrated patrol platform is the best choice for substation operation and maintenance,and integration of various system and implement of mobile technology are two major research directions.This paper studies the key technologies of substation integrated operation and maintenance platform,including multi-system integration technology and mobile platform technology.In the process of researching multi-system integration technology,the specific methods of common information modeling and information coding are studied emphatically.The modeling method(Common Information Model)is based on IEC 61970,and standard of China Southern Power Grid.by which we realized data integration among multiple system,further more achieved the integration of multiple service.In the process of developing mobile platform,the design and implementation of the operation function of mobile terminal are studied.The method of mobile terminal accessing to power information network through public network is studied.The information interaction of substation business on Android system is studied,which is based on the java functional libraries.This paper analyzes the application of mobile operation and maintenance platform in a patrol center in Foshan,Guangdong,analyzes the insufficiency of traditional operation and maintenance of the patrol center and completes the function design.The platform is the first mobile project having comprehensive capability of operating domestic power grid,which is of great significance for the research of advanced application.In this paper,the key technology of integrated operation and maintenance platform in substation is studied,and the effect of application is analyzed and compared,which is of great value for the study of operation and operation integration in substation.
