Nowadays,with the development of country,environment air condition is getting worse and worse,green commuting concept becomes popular.In this situation,China government encourages new energy vehicle industry,and a huge change has come to vehicle industry.Impacted by the environment change,FTZ Company is failing in product competition and marketing,with a significant sales drop.To turnaround,FTZ Company need a new strategy,which can meet green commuting concept and China new industry condition.The author uses literature review and survey to collect information.Considering green commuting concept,FTZ Company internal condition is studied regarding the factors of management,marketing,finance,technique,and manufacturing.The external industry environment is analyzed by PEST model and 5-Forces model.By using SWOT model together with AHP model,the FTZ Company internal and external environment is fully considered,and the company new strategy is finalized.This study shows that,FTZ Company has enough internal power,but didn`t pay enough attention to the marketing.To come back to normal growth,FTZ Company should take ST strategy in general,and fully consider the green commuting concept.Variety and differentiated new energy vehicle products should be developed based on company internal strength,only in this way can the company marketing be enhanced and sales raise up again.
