The selection of green building technologies and strategies is an important part of the green building design process.Generally,according to the requirements of each evaluation item in the green building evaluation standard,the evaluation items of the evaluation are selected,and the corresponding technologies and strategies are applied to meet the requirements of green building design.Nowadays,the green building design is in a bottleneck stage,and the technologies and strategies are taken into account in the later stage of design,which leads to problems such as increased design cost and poor operation effect.In the context of the “Focus and Effect-oriented Green Building Design Principles and Methodology System” of the 13 th Five-Year National Key R&D Program,this paper focuses on the selection of technologies and strategies in design stage,aiming at the phenomenon of post-rationalization of technology,and combined with the design process,to guide green building design.In this paper,the LEED green building evaluation standard is used as the design standard,and the green building evaluation item is used as the medium for research of technologies and strategies.It studies from three dimensions of importance,feasibility and development potential.Taking the LEED Green Building Evaluation Standard and its certified 6762 global green buildings as research objects,a green building certification project score database was established.Through the mathematical statistics analysis,the weights of each evaluation item,the score rate of the certification items in each evaluation item were counted and difference between different certification levels.According to the performance of the evaluation item in three dimensions,this research sorts all items into Eight categories like HE-HL-HP(High Expectation-High LevelHigh Potential)and so on.And then classify the evaluation items into high,medium and low three priority selection levels to provide technologies selection basic fram.Based on the conclusions of the basic fram of all green buildings in the world,this paper adjusts the conclusions according to the characteristics of green building practices in China.Based on the comparison between the scores of 234 China’s LEED certification projects and 6762 global LEED certification projects in each evaluation item,and the advantages and disadvantages of China’s green buildings compared with the global green building overall levels are analyzed.At the same time,by comparing the score performance of similar evaluation items in China’s green buildings in LEED and GB/T 50378,the thesis studies whether some requirements in LEED are completely different from evaluation standards in GB/T 50378.According to the adjustment and supplement,the evaluation items are divided into green building priority selection levels which are applicable to China.The green building evaluation item priority selection level is corresponding to the common technical strategies obtained from the literature,forming a prioritization of technology and strategy.Then the technical strategy priority is combined with the design content of each stage of the design process.Finally this paper came up a guiding framework for technical strategy selection in the whole process of green building design.This paper put forward the priority of green technology strategy selection in each stage of green building design process in China,and proposes for the architect to choose effective technology strategy in green building design as soon as possible to realize the combination of technology and art better.
