Hull steel cutting is a typical project-type cutting,which is a production activity of Cutting to Order(CTO),which is more complicated.The needs of each customer are different,resulting in different product forms.In this production process,a lot of information can not be structured or incomplete,which leads to the inability to effectively guide the cutting work on the spot.The phenomenon of random cutting,miscutting and cutting is often encountered on the site,which reduces product quality.In order to repair the quality problems caused by mis-cutting,rework and re-cutting must be performed.Excessively ineffective cutting times will inevitably lead to an increase in total cutting time,affecting the completion of the construction period on time.In order to solve this engineering problem,it is necessary to control the cutting process.However,the current challenge is the lack of feedback system performance evaluation feedback methods and monitoring of the cutting execution process,the process information is incomplete,the structure is low,and effective association cannot be achieved.This thesis takes the hull steel plate cutting as the research object,first analyzes the information content of the existing cutting process,distinguishes the different process information in the planning stage and the cutting execution stage,combs and supplements the process information required in the hull steel cutting process to ensure the integrity of the process information..The process information model was studied,and the process planning information and process execution information were constructed respectively,which laid a foundation for the hull steel plate cutting in strict accordance with the process implementation.After analyzing the characteristics of the project-based cutting system,this thesis proposes the corresponding system evaluation methods,including the quality,efficiency and functional performance of the system.In order to cope with anomalous events during the cutting process,such as untimely material handling and unacceptable quality,the functional performance of the cutting system is reduced.Establish a 0-1 planning mathematical model to dispatch workers in real time to maximize the performance of the process system.The solution results are fed back to the cutting shop to guide the subsequent distribution of the cutting system and to provide a basis for improving the hull steel cutting process system.The thesis studies the overall mechanism of PBOM-based cutting process control system,classifies and adjusts the PBOM node generation process and its properties,and develops the hull steel plate cutting process management and control system.It has functions such as missing detection,real-time evaluation and scheduling to ensure employees.The monitoring and feedback of the cutting process is carried out according to the exact process,resources and cutting order constraints.The cutting process control system developed has been applied to the steel plate cutting of Jiangnan Shipyard.Practice has proved that the system can effectively improve the cutting efficiency of the product while ensuring the cutting quality.
