| Wrecker is a kind of special vehicles with road rescue equipment that can tow stoppage accident or the peccancy vehicles and make them leave the scene quickly to ensure the road is smooth.With the increase of road mileage and car ownership in China,the demand of wrecker,especially more convenient,efficient and economical flat-wrecker is increasing day by day.However,the overall design ability of the flat-wrecker manufacturing enterprise is relatively low,the means of design are lagging which contribute to that it is difficult to meet the individual needs of different customers.In order to meet customers’ demand with high quality and high efficiency,it is necessary to set up a rapid design system of the flat-wrecker on modularization.Firstly,the theories of modularization and rapid design are reviewed,and the method of fast design based on modularization is put forward according to the characteristics of construction of flat-wrecker,which provides theoretical support for the development of the system.Secondly,according to the concrete structure of many kinds of flat-wrecker which has been developed by the research group,the composition structure,working principle,working form and main parameters of this type of wrecker are researched,and the modules are reasonably divided according to its structural characteristics.The database of flat-wrecker is built by Microsoft Office Access technology.The database can accept the newly added 3D model and vehicle examples at any time,which provides a reference for the subsequent research and development of design,and greatly improves the efficiency and inheritance of product research and development.Then,in the way of combining Visual C++ and UG/Open secondary development tools,the menu bar and user dialog box which are suitable for the design of flat-wrecker is developed,and the 3D model of the system,the rapid design of selection of parts and materials as well as the assembly systems are realized.Finally,through establishing the connection with the finite element software,the finite element analysis software is used in the rapid design system to complete the static analysis and size optimization design of the tray.The quality of the product is reduced by109 kg,and the statics analysis of the arm under the condition of elongation is completed,and the product CAD/CAE integration is realized.Establishment of rapid system of flat-wrecker based on modularization is of great significance for enhancing the market adaptability of the manufacturer of the flat-wrecker and improving the market competitiveness. |
