| Education is a key factor in the rise and fall of nations. With the economic development and the improvement of the people’s material conditions, the school layout adjustment work is also being implemented and promoted. As a result, the layout and structure of rural primary schools are constantly adjusted. However, the adjustment work mainly relies on experience to reach the predetermined adjustment goal, and there is a general lack of scientific, reason able and appropriate guidance and implementation. This has exacerbated the overall imbalance between urban and rural education development. The unbalanced gap between urban and rural education restricts the development of national education. Therefore,it is particularly important to develop rural education,so as to coordinate the development of urban and rural education. As a backward area of economy and facilities in China, the mountainous area in southern Shaanxi is located in remote and sparsely populated areas, with Qinling Mountains in the north and Bashan Mountains in the south. Therefore, the imbalance of education among regions and schools in southern Shaanxi is becoming more and more obvious, and the "inequality" of the spatial distribution of rural primary schools is becoming more and more prominent, which further aggravates the decline of rural education and rural society. Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the spatio-temporal evolution and layout equalization of rural primary schools and make reasonable layout adjustment suggestions.Based on primary school spatial layout and primary school layout equivalent domestic and foreign research progress and geographic location, education fair theory on rural primary and space evolution and layout equivalent. In the case of the country of rural primary school in Shiquan County in Southern Shaanxi, the study time in 2001-2019,the research time will be based on the guidance of policy evolution, and the benefit priority, the effectiveness of equity and fairness Three consecutive periods, and studied the spatial evolution and layout of rural primary schools in three periods.First, the spatial evolution of rural primary schools includes the timing changes of the factors of the space and its characteristics analysis. The time series changes of influencing factors are developed around the three elements of the number of primary schools in rural primary schools, the number of students in school, and the number of classes. The space characteristics mainly surround the number distribution, distribution density of rural primary schools, distribution, distribution, distribution, three aspects, analyze the distribution of different attribute spatial distributions of primary schools, agglomeration, and matching properties.Again, the four space elements in the three spatial elements of the rural primary school are constructed, and the level of the rural primary school layout is equalized in the three periods, reflecting Shiquan County, rural primary school layout in each period. The difference in equalization levels, analyzes the development type of various towns and rural primary schools. Finally, based on the above-mentioned measurement of the above-mentioned rural primary school layout, the variation of the various towns is equivalent, and the effectiveness factors affecting the variation of the rural primary school layout of the effectiveness to the equity period and the equity period to the fair quality period are analyzed. In combination with its influencing factors to propose corresponding optimization recommendations for rural primary schools.Based on the above research results, the current level of rural primary school layout in Shiquan County is different,in order to achieve the goal of layout equalization. Therefore, based on the current layout of the town of Shiquan County, the layout adjustment and optimization path of different layout equalization development types of rural primary schools is proposed,so as to improve the level of equalization of the layout of rural primary schools, with a view to equalizing the layout of rural primary schools.Provide reference for adjustment. |
