The Spatial Rationality Of Ziwei Village Self-built Residence And Its Application

Researchers in the social from all walks of life a lot of research on properties of rural culture,architectural attention to the rural issue has never stopped,the expression of the regional characteristics of architecture has a lot of research results,but the essence of the rational consciousness and its construction on the villagers are rarely discussed,the architect,planning and communication between managers and farmers,aesthetic there is still a huge gap.Paper through ziwei village project of a large number of surveying and mapping,design of on site investigation,residence and with experience of the construction of the type,in the backdrop of the township to build,try to "rationalism" principles of modern architecture,research and make use of the space of rational analysis,interpretation of our country since the formation law of rural residential construction,researching vernacular architecture from the style and form will be discussed.Through the design work of the renovation of the villagers’ living facade of ziwei village,this paper studies the work method of the architect’s rational intervention in the rural self-built houses.In this paper,using the literature research,literature research,field research method,case analysis and method of comprehensive induction method and engineering practice,represented by crape myrtle village for the basic data of the southern dongting lake rural self-built housing,basic form and characteristics analysis and determine the residence,and with the aid of modular thinking,combining to the self-built housing construction,reasonable,efficient design method are discussed.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research background,clarifies the research purpose and significance,defines the research object and content,puts forward the concept of rural self-built housing space rationality,and makes basic research on related concepts and literature.The second chapter presents the architectural rationality of contemporary rural self-built houses based on farmers’ rational consciousness with time clues,and reveals that the rational levels of economic rationality,empirical rationality and practical rationality in self-built houses are highly consistent with the rational characteristics of modern buildings.The third chapter takes ziwei village self-built residence as the main case,elaborates the evolution characteristics of contemporary self-built residence through a lot of research,and interprets the self-built law and mode of contemporary rural residence.In the fourth chapter,based on the renovation of the self-built residential facade,the renewal strategy of pattern system decomposition and reorganization is proposed,and the spatial rational design method is demonstrated in practice,and the prac tical process in which architects participate in the project practice is discussed.The fifth chapter discusses the design strategy and construction mode of architects’ involvement in rural construction activities,summarizes the working process and difficulties of architects’ involvement in rural residential renewal,and studies the self-organizing adaptive renewal guidelines for residential self-construction in line with the spatial rationality of rural areas.
