SANY SCP130S North American Heavy Forklift's Interior Design

The Internet economy and world trade are showing a growing trend.The vigorous development of logistics and warehouse has driven the development of the forklift market at home and abroad,and the demand of forklifts is growing.In port transportation,the short-distance transportation function o f forklift trucks is an important link in logistics transportation,and the market's demand of them continues to grow.With the maturity of the forklift market,companies want to stand out in the fierce competition,they attempt to segment the market in or der to obtain greater benefits and to gain share of consumption.Therefore,the construction machinery manufacturers of major brands expand their own markets and enhance the influence of their own brands through various means.For different countries,adop ting the local design method is one of the main means to meet market demand s and seize the market opportunities and to improve business efficiency.This article is about the project from the cooperation between the School of Design Hunan University and the SANY Port Machinery Department: SCP130 S North American Forklift cab's exterior and interior design,project A from China SANY Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "SANY").S ANY is the largest construction machinery manufacturer in China.Since its inception,the company has created a wellknown brand called “SANY” brand with the goal of pursuing high quality products and providing better service.SANY Port Machinery has occupied the domestic market,and many products are also exported to overseas.I n order to gain greater overseas markets and supply better service to overseas customers,it is necessary to give different design to different countries and regions.In the case of the basic design of the forklift cab,our team carries out the interior design is based on the development trend of engineering machinery interiors at home and abroad,and for the needs of construction machinery users in the North American market.This paper focuses on the interior design project of S ANY Port Machinery SCP130 S North American Forklift.I was very fortunate to be involved in the entire design process of the project.Firstly,the design objectives of the project task book are clearly defined and the design time is planned.The preliminary analysis and market research of the project are carried out to analyze the development trend of forklift interiors at home and abroad.Secondly,through the field research and observation,the practical operation process of the forklift is understood,as well as the expectations of project managers and related leaders;through desktop research and communication with Party A,we understood the needs of users in the North American market.Counting research results,our team determines the design direction.After sketching and internal sketch review,we design two two-dimensional pictures for project review.After multiple reviews,the optimal solution was selected to in-depth design.Finally,we summarized the problems and solutions of the project.This entire project design provides an effective reference and practical case for the design of the forklift interior.
