The Study Of Strategic Transition Of Dahua Transportation Under The New Normal Of China's Economy

In recent years,China's economy has been growing from high-speed to medium-high-speed.Economic development has changed from investment type with extensive mode to quality growing with intensive.Both economic development trend and industrial structure are undergoing rapid changes.Meanwhile,faced with the impact of internet,artificial intelligence,big data,5G technology and the uncertainty of international trade and economic environment,the topic of how to choose the future development strategy for private enterprises in China has become an important choice that private enterprises have to face.Over the past 35 years,Dahua Trans has been working deeply in the road freight industry.From a trucker to a fright organizer,from a freight organizer to a warehousing investor,from a warehousing investor to a logistics real estate investment and operation company,from logistics real estate to a enterprises who undergoing digital transition,and all three successful business transformations were implemented in the past 35 years,most of which depend on the founder's personal understanding of the industry and a keen sense of opportunity.In this transformation,Dahua Trans has chosen to be jointly undertaken and planned by the core management team,as well as to use external resources from planning to design,from design to implementation.Taking Dahua Trans as the research object,the author uses EFE,IFE,SPACE,value chain model,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,literature survey and other research methods to study the strategic environment and status of Dahua Trans from the macroeconomic environment,industry environment,internal business environment and other perspectives.According to the strategic analysis,the author puts forward the strategic transformation direction of industrial internet platform strategy for Dahua Trans,and figure out the implementation methods and steps of strategic landing way for Dahua Trans.
