With the rapid increase of tobacco products,processing technology and methods continuous improvement,so it need more kinds of detection equipment and fast speed to match it development.Which requires the equipment manufacturers' development can keep up with the demand of the market,to meet customer demand.The competition between suppliers becomes more and more intense,to expand its brand influence and product market share,to seize more market,To use more intelligent technology and advanced manufacturing in their new products development,and greatly shorten the product development and renewal time.Therefore,it is more scientific arrangements and management is particularly important,it is an important part of the survival and development of modern enterprises.OM company as tobacco detection equipment suppliers,the annual new R & D project is about 6 every year,as the product update quickly,and constraints for it's own resource,will inevitably cause new product R & D projects,heavy task and resource conflict,so how to seek a reasonable development plan under the existing conditions,which must be solved current.This paper mainly combination the size of OM company and industry characteristics discusses the problem of multi product and the cycle time of R&D continuously shortening,analysis and research for the current resource and problem,propose solutions to current difficulties.Break the tradition project manager act as their own free will,introduce the project management office model,and arrange the R & D projects uniformly.the work breakdown structure method is used to subdivide each project to realize the controllable of individual project.Then use the network diagram to design the multi project,schedule and resource,and make every year's project finished on time.Determine the start date of the project in accordance with the company's strategic and avoid conflicts.Through the introduction of project management office,project break down and network diagram to achieve the management of multiple projects.Based on the related theories of multi project management theory and project management,solve the current problems of new product development,so as to make the schedule more reasonable,to development the project smoothly,to ensure the operations of the company more continued.For the company to improve market competitiveness and development to provide a powerful driving force,at the same time to provide more reference for future projects.
