| With the development of modern science and technology,more and more portable maintenance testing equipment is applied to weapon equipment systems for analyzing and solving problems at the fault site to improve the informationization level of military equipment maintenance testing.However,the current system is still not perfect in terms of ship equipment maintenance and inspection system equipment.When a hardware failure occurs in the equipment,the maintenance personnel mainly use the megohmmeter,ohmmeter and other tools to gradually check the faulty maintenance manual,and cannot quickly locate the fault location.When a communication failure occurs in the equipment,the maintenance personnel can capture the message by means of the existing packet capture software,and then analyze the data according to the data in the message,and analyze the possible causes of the failure,and communicate with the maintenance personnel.The relevant professional knowledge and skill requirements are high and the time is expensive.The realization of this system has important theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the construction pace of ship equipment maintenance and testing informationization and convenience.The main work and innovations of the system research implementation are as follows:(1)Analyze business logic requirements by communicating with equipment maintenance personnel and developers,and collate the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.(2)Design the overall system plan and perform module division and function detailed design.The portable hardening machine is designed according to the needs of the business logic and the entity class and database table structure are rationally designed according to the business logic related process.(3)For the equipment hardware maintenance detection subsystem,design a better maintenance auxiliary interaction function and combine the digital measurement module inside the portable reinforcement machine to facilitate the maintenance personnel to carry out inspection and maintenance more conveniently and quickly.For the equipment communication maintenance detection subsystem,an improved method of message data processing is designed to realize the dynamic configuration of the message,and the packet is quickly parsed with the bit as theminimum unit,which is convenient for the maintenance personnel to quickly locate the communication failure.(4)According to the system design scheme,all the functional modules of the hardware maintenance detection subsystem and the communication maintenance detection subsystem are developed and implemented to realize fault diagnosis,maintenance assistance,electrical parameter measurement,history management,message configuration,message transmission,Modules for message data file management and message admission analysis.At present,the system has been used in the development,debugging and maintenance of some marine equipment,and has achieved good evaluation. |
