Study On Organic Renewal And Benefit Evaluation Of Urban Historic Blocks

With the deepening of urbanization process,the problems of urban historic district renewal and transformation are becoming increasingly prominent.As an important part of the city,urban historic district involves economic,social and cultural aspects.However,in the actual renovation and transformation of urban historic districts,it is often based on large-scale demolition and construction,failing to give full play to the vitality of historic districts and achieve the purpose of organic renewal.The final goal of screening the renewal schemes of historic districts is often economic efficiency,which fails to accurately measure the comprehensive benefits of organic renewal.Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation index system is selected.It is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the organic renewal benefits of historic blocks.Based on the theory of overall protection,small-scale renovation and transformation,the theory of human settlements environment science and the theory of eco-city,this paper discusses the historical evolution of the renewal mode and evaluation method of historic blocks,summarizes and analyses the protection status and realistic needs of historic blocks in cities,and puts forward the mode and path of organic renewal of historic blocks through the induction and classification of historic blocks.The main points of organic renewal of various types of historic blocks are described.Taking Beiyuan Gate as an example,the mode and path of organic renewal of historic blocks are constructed.This paper points out that the factors affecting the organic renewal of urban historic blocks mainly include social structure,economic characteristics,community construction and social culture,and studies the applicabilityof benefit evaluation in the renewal and transformation of historic blocks.Finally,the paper establishes a fuzzy evaluation model and evaluates the benefits of the organic renewal of the historical block of Beiyuan Gate in combination with the status quo of the renewal and transformation of the historical block of Beiyuan Gate in Xi'an.Under the overall excellent results of the evaluation,the uncertainty analysis is made for individual indicators and parameters.Finally,the paper makes an analysis of the uncertainties from enhancing social functions,improving economic benefits,optimizing material space transformation and promoting culture.Four aspects of inheritance are put forward to improve the efficiency of organic renewal of urban historic blocks.
