Cancer has been a problem that has plagued humans for many years,and the advent of heavy ion cancer technology has brought hope to many cancer patients.Medical heavy ion accelerator is one of the most important cancer treatment methods.China is the fourth country in the world to own the technology.The China Heavy Ion Cancer Treatment Accelerator Project,which was jointly participated by the Institute of Modern Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Gansu Provincial Academy of Medical Science and Technology,began clinical trials in May 2012.So far,the treatment effect is remarkable,making China the fourth country in the world capable of conducting clinical research on heavy ion cancer treatment.Due to the late start and the huge amount of data such as parts and components,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of daily operation and maintenance management.From the perspective of industrial engineering,this paper studies the management process of heavy ion cancer accelerator terminal equipment in a Wuwei treatment center,with the aim of improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management,reducing the costs incurred in the process,and improving the stability of terminal equipment Sex.The terminal equipment system of heavy ion cancer treatment device is composed of multiple devices,mainly including DR ray machine,treatment bed,motor cabinet,etc.The preventive maintenance strategy of each equipment is designed to reduce the total maintenance cost of the equipment system and increase the availability of the equipment.By observing the historical data of the terminal equipment,the failure rate distribution function of each equipment is determined.By analyzing and researching the terminal equipment system of the heavy ion cancer treatment device,the composition of the total maintenance cost of the equipment system is determined.Introduce the concept of opportunistic maintenance,and establish equipment maintenance cost and availability function models.Matlab simulation software was used to solve the model,and a maintenance plan was formulated based on the results obtained.After analyzing and understanding the actual situation of the terminal equipment of the heavy ion cancer treatment device,it was finally decided to design an online operation and maintenance management system based on ASP.NET to improve the management efficiency.The system adopts B / S architecture and uses Microsoft VS platform for system development.The background database uses SQL server.The system design is combined with the actual needs analysis of the enterprise.In order to facilitate future system upgrades and maintenance,the C# language is selected for programming.After the system design is completed,the system is tested from two aspects of function and compatibility to ensure the effectiveness,compatibility and security of the system.
