To begin with,the paper discusses the Structural Behavioral Function Model(SBF).In the SBF,the intention to implement is the function,the behavior indicates how to achieve,and the structure indicates the composition.In order to support detailed design better,this article extends the SBF model.The SBF model is regarded as a model of knowledge ontology,which is mainly used to refine the items in non-axiomatic logic.Each item is split into three levels,namely structure,behavior,and function,which is used to be a precondition for the quantitative calculation of semantic similarity.In order to realize the quantitative calculation of the semantic similarity in the deformation of different concept ontology,a calculation method is proposed.Firstly,the PSRL is used to describe the functional,behavioral,and structural information of the concept pair.Then this paper compares the descriptive results of these three aspects one by one to get their respective semantic similarities.Finally,the similarity of the three aspects is weighted and summed to obtain the semantic similarity of the entire concept ontology,and this value is taken as the c in the truth value of the non-axiomatic logic.Non-axiomatic reasoning(NAL)is a kind of intelligent reasoning method.On the basis of axiomatic reasoning,we propose deformation design reasoning.The specific form of reasoning is that the two propositions with common terms are known,and the third proposition that is the conclusion can be deduced.In this paper,the representation of deformed design knowledge is implemented in the form of deformed propositions.The meaning of a deformed proposition is that a component represented by the SBF model can be transformed into another component represented by SBF model.The form of the deformed proposition consists of the original ontology,the target ontology and the relationship between them.The specific deformation relationship is that the original ontology and the target ontology are similar in function and behavior.After the deformation of the original ontology,the target ontology is obtained.The meaning of the deformation relationship is that the design of a desired part can be obtained through the deformation of another existing part.Deformation design reasoning mainly involves the following three types of design reasoning: deductive,inductive,and abductive.The main innovations are the combination of SBF model,non-axiomatic logic,and semantic similarity algorithm for the first time.The SBF model and trust algorithm have been added to the reasoning process of non-axiomatic logic.The deformation process is evaluated by the estimated frequency f and the calculated confidence c,and the accuracy of the truth value of the non-axiomatic logic is effectively improved.Before the actual deformation,a quantitative study of the assessment of the deformation process or the reliability of the deformation can be achieved.The deformation with higher true value represents higher reliability of the deformation,and the deformation with lower true value indicates that the deformation process needs further verification.Finally,taking the steam turbine blade as an example,this new theoretical combination is actually applied in a specific engineering field,which proves that the proposed method has a good realizability.
