Research On H Company Production Line Transformation Based On Lean Theory

In recent years,with the adjustment of productivity layout and the increasing number of vehicles,the inspection and repair of vehicle wheelsets has increased year by year,meanwhile,the number of production tasks and module has increased as well.However,the production management level of H enterprise is insufficient,mainly reflected in the following aspects,outdated production line and equipment,insufficient equipment,low automation,backward assembly process and poor balance of production line.They can not meet the maintenance and processing conditions of the new axle.In response to the above questions,this thesis proposes the topic of “Research on H company production line transformation based on lean theory”.This thesis firstly introduces the production status of H enterprises,analyzes the process flow and information management problems of the wheel alignment maintenance pipeline.Then raises a series of problems which happened with the emergence of new axis types and the increasing production tasks,such as unsmooth production line,old equipment,unreasonable distribution of process time.In view of the production condition of H enterprises,using lean thinking to analyze problems,propose transformation goals,carry out purposeful transformation of workshops with the transformation objectives.After the transformation,the data of workshop productivity,efficiency,production line balance and the pass rate are improved,the labor intensity of employees is reduced as well,the level of workshop management is strengthened.The research in this thesis will help improve the maintenance efficiency of H enterprises.Through the re-layout of the assembly line,the production line and visual management are adjusted,the process is more reasonable and the cooperation of processes is smoother.The wheelset assembly rate is improved through the new scheme adoption.And it has certain guidance and reference significance for other wheel workshops in our country.
