In recent years,China's cultural and creative industry has developed rapidly.According to UNCTD statistics,China's total trade in cultural products reached 88.52 billion yuan in 2016,with both its import and export growth rates higher than the world's average annual growth rate.Red theme text creation is an important branch of the cultural creation industry.Led by the rapidly developing cultural creation industry,red text creation is active in the current cultural creation market by virtue of the excellent red culture in China.The main feature of cultural and creative products is that culture is the resource and the product is the carrier,which means that cultural resources are transferred or transformed into products with cultural characteristics through modern technological means and artistic treatment.Museums and memorials in China contain extremely rich cultural and historical resources.Therefore,by means of the intermediate link of industrialization,it has become an important way to improve the cultural productivity of museums and display the social services of museums to create cultural and creative products exclusive to museums and memorials.With the improvement of research and development capability and market capability of China's cultural and creative industry,red-themed cultural and creative products,as an important branch of the cultural and creative industry,have entered a period of rapid development.Red museums and memorial halls have utilized their cultural resources and technological advantages to develop series of red-themed products.However,due to the lack of product development management,the development cycle is too long,the cost control is not appropriate and so on.Therefore,this paper takes the taihang memorial hall of the eighth route army as a case,and based on the concept of market and product development,explores ways to improve the success rate of new product development of taihang memorial hall of the eighth route army.The research is as follows:This paper is based on the theories of product development and culturaland creative products.Through the interview method to understand the product types,product development strategies and product development process of the eighth route army memorial hall in detail;Combined with the theory of product development strategy,the paper analyzes the problems of product development strategy and product development process.This chapter from the product development strategy,product development process two aspects put forward the eighth route army taihang memorial hall product development strategy optimization scheme.The market demand,organization and management,process guarantee are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of product development strategy.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of perfect and scientific product development strategies,which will provide theoretical and practical basis for the success of product development efficiency and market effect of product development in taihang memorial hall of the eighth route army.
