Research And Practice Of Logistics Park Planning And Construction Based On Supply Chain

With the rapid development of modern logistics industry,the planning and design of logistics park has become an important subject,which can guide urban and regional economic development.Logistics park will not only stay in the traditional mode of vulgar management anymore.Under the supply chain management,the planning and construction of logistics park can reduce the time that goods stay in transit and warehouse,and vehicle distribution.As a result,the development of efficient logistics is promoted.All the companies share resources through the supply chain cooperation,optimizing the logistics chain on which goods is supplied,processed,storaged and distributed.Logistics park based on supply chain management become an important trend of the current logistics park planning and design.The theses in this paper are based on the research of the domestic and international logistics park status.With the idea of supply chain management and the actual project--corps during the graduate student of Urumqi international logistics park planning,the author makes a study of logistics park planning design and architectural design method.The theory is hoped to be able to supplement and improve the existing logistics park design specification and guide the further research of later generations.Since March 2015,the author has participated in the corps of Urumqi international logistics park planning projects,whoes overall area is 3979.5 mu.In the passed two years,the project went through two stages,including overall planning,construction detailed planning and single architectural design.In the process of design and practice,the design scheme has been modified and improved many times at the request of the project stakeholders.The practical experience has been fed back into the theoretical research,proving that the conclusion obtained is operable.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter describes the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and determines the content and method of research.The second chapter analysis of the present situation of our country's logistics park construction and the existing problems,based on comprehensives description of development and the basic theory at home and abroad.Combined with the theory of supply chain management,the third chapter summarizes the guiding significance and method of supply chain management to the planning and design of logistics park.The fourth chapter introduces the planning of Urumqi international logistics park of the actual project corps in detail.The fifth chapter summarizes the core viewpoint of the thesis,explains the limitation of research work,and puts forward Suggestions or Suggestions for future work direction and content.
