Research On Operation And Management Model Of Expressway In Hebei Province

According to their own economic level and actual situation,each province in China has chosen different expressway operation and management modes.With the continuous advancement of management mode,more and more problems are encountered in road management,and gradually develop to the bottleneck stage,which requires our country to break through the bottleneck as soon as possible,through optimizing management mode,to promote the development of highway with better quality.This research takes the expressway operation and management mode of Hebei Province as the object,and studies the theory and method of Expressway enterprises involving operation and management mode.In addition,through the use of scientific and objective analysis methods,this kind of problems are thoroughly discussed and studied,and the best feasible conclusion is drawn,which provides a practical and reliable basis for the middle and senior managers of the operation management subject to make major decisions.Through the analysis of the change of the operation and management mode of Hebei expressway,it is found that there are many kinds of modes in the operation and management mode of Hebei expressway,which are still in the stage of integration.There are many industries involved,but the supporting role is still a single industry,which is in the state of providing external services through multiple windows and promoting various projects together.Through the research,it is found that for the operation and management mode of Hebei expressway,there are some problems,such as unclear positioning of government functions,failure of cooperative governance mode,weak ability of government management,and failure to implement follow-up policies.In view of this kind of situation,through drawing lessons from the operation and management mode adopted by the United States,Japan and France,and combining with the actual situation of our country,the optimized countermeasures are formulated.Hebei Province can improve the operation and management mode of Expressway by accurately positioning the role of the government,speeding up the construction of a perfect supervision system,gradually improving the mode of cooperative governance,and speeding up the implementation of information construction of transportation infrastructure.
