The mechanical and electrical system of Expressway mainly includes monitoring system,toll system and communication system.The mechanical and electrical system of Heilongjiang expressway was built and put into use in October 2004.Due to the different construction time,the technical level and operation stability of the products are uneven,and the mechanical and electrical system,especially the hardware equipment,can not meet the needs of continuous use.Therefore,the upgrading and reconstruction of the mechanical and electrical system of the original road network are necessary It must be done.The purpose of this paper is to upgrade the mechanical and electrical system of Heilongjiang Expressway(including provincial high-speed monitoring center,provincial toll center and Provincial Communication Center).Research on the software and hardware of the original provincial traffic monitoring system,propose the scheme of hardware system update and software system function improvement,redesign the data and video transmission scheme,improve the video monitoring business,study and reconstruct the large screen splicing display system,and study the new traffic geographic information platform system and GPS vehicle emergency dispatching system.This paper studies the reconstruction scheme of the original provincial settlement center,proposes to update the software and hardware,research and transform the dual machine hot standby host system,build a new remote disaster recovery data backup and recovery system,and improve the functions of IC card issuance and management system,toll split settlement system,internal query and external service system.Research on the communication system.The expressway communication system is the premise to ensure the smooth progress of all levels of toll business,road network monitoring service,personnel management and fixed asset management of the province's expressway,and the guarantee to realize the Provincial Expressway Network Toll work.The original Provincial Communication Center has not been able to meet the capacity requirements of the new road network planning,and the research proposes to carry out the trunk transmission system Upgrade the scheme,replace 10 g transmission equipment supporting ASON technology,and replace the program-controlled digital switch supporting thousands of gates,improve the function of network management system and integrated timing supply system and design the network optimization scheme.
