Wind direction and wind speed information on the sea surface are important marine information for ship navigation safety and structural vibration analysis caused by wind,it plays an important role in meteorological observation,ship operation,ship structure design,military and scientific research.However,the most effective way to master the influence of wind on ocean ships is to carry out field measurement of wind direction and speed of ocean ships,and based on the actual ship measurement environment analysis and establish a suitable empirical model.However,for ships sailing in the marine environment,The accurate measurement of wind speed and direction is not only affected by the accuracy of wind speed sensor itself,but also by the ship’s speed,heading and space motion attitude,As a result,the measurement error of wind direction and wind speed is large,which directly affects the reliability of fluctuating wind speed power spectrum in the actual ship environment,and then affects the accuracy of wind-induced structural response analysis results.The purpose of this paper is to accurately measure the wind direction and speed of the ship in the actual measurement environment and to establish the fluctuating wind spectrum of the wind load of the ocean ship based on the specific measurement environment,we have developed a ship wind direction and wind speed measurement system which can measure multiple parameters synchronously,the system follows the ship to measure the wind direction and wind speed of the actual ship,and we build the wind spectrum model of the actual ship based on the accurate measurement data of the wind direction and wind speed of the actual ship.First of all,the measurement method of wind direction and wind speed of ship is put forward.The three-dimensional ultrasonic wind direction anemometer,accelerometer,gyroscope,magnetometer,GPS and other measurement modules are integrated,and the wireless transmission function is expanded based on ZigBee technology,and the ship wind direction and wind speed measurement device is built,the synchronous measurement of three-dimensional wind direction,wind speed and ship attitude is realized;Based on the modular programming idea,adopting the multithread synchronization technology,the software of measuring the ship’s three-dimensional wind direction and speed is developed through LabVIEW,which has the functions of wind direction and speed data of collecting,storing,analyzing and displaying.Secondly,the ship sway simulation platform is built and the sway control system is developed;the wind direction and wind speed of the ship in the state of space swing motion are simulated by wind tunnel experiment,the measurement of wind direction and velocity under the condition of space sway motion is simulated in the wind tunnel experiment,a large number of wind direction and wind speed measurement data with swing angle and swing speed as variables are obtained,a calibration model based on BP neural network is established,which is related to wind direction,wind speed and attitude,it reduces the dynamic measurement error of wind direction and wind speed under the condition of space motion;and the wind tunnel experiment is used to verify the validity of the calibration model.Finally,the wind direction and wind speed measurement system of the ship is installed on the actual ship,and the wind direction and wind speed measurement experiments of the actual ship,The reliability of the wind direction and wind speed measurement system developed by the project is verified;according to the wind direction and wind speed data measured by the wind direction and wind speed measurement system,based on the true wind theory and the calibration model related to wind direction and wind speed and ship attitude,the true wind speed and true wind direction of the actual ship are analyzed;the actual measured wind spectrum of the actual ship is analyzed by using the real wind data of the actual ship,based on Kolmogrove theory,the wind spectrum model of the actual ship is derived,which provides the key technical support for the subsequent precise operation of the ship.
