With the progress of society and the development of autonomous driving technology,autonomous buses have started trial operation in many places,and marketization has become an important problem for autonomous buses.With the advantages of intelligent,information-based and group travel,self-driving buses have a broad development prospect.The research on the acceptability of self-driving buses and the factors affecting the choice of travel modes is helpful to provide scientific and reasonable policy basis for the further development of self-driving buses,which has important practical significance.Literature was consulted,an initial conceptual model of the acceptability of self-driving buses was established and a questionnaire was designed.A total of 435 valid questionnaires were collected.Acceptance structural equation model fitting results show that attitude will influence the behavioral intention is significant,trust,perceived usefulness,will influence the attitude,positive significant positive significantly affects the perceived ease of use,comfort perception will trust,perceived risk will reverse significantly affect the trust and comfort perception will have positive significant effect on perceived usefulness.The utility analysis of individual variable regulation found that: the individual's education level and the level of understanding of self-driving buses would affect the acceptability of self-driving buses,while the gender had no obvious regulating effect.Then,a study was conducted on the selection intention of self-driving buses.The ranking of the importance of the relevant attributes of self-driving buses found that,in addition to the influence variables of the traditional choice of travel mode,new technical attributes such as payment mode and information release mode were also valued.After establishing binomial logistic regression models for ordinary and customized self-driving buses,it was found that: individual socio-economic variables and historical travel behavior characteristics would have a significant impact on autonomous buses in the two modes.For ordinary self-driving buses with drivers,special lanes,short departure intervals,low ticket prices and short walking distance,people's willingness to use will be effectively improved.For customized self-driving buses with seats,fewer stops,high punctuality rate and low ticket prices,the willingness to use will be significantly increased.Finally,based on the research results,the paper puts forward some Suggestions for the further development and marketization of self-driving buses.
