As an important infrastructure and"lifeline"to ensure the operation of cities,the utility tunnel project has been continuously expanded in recent years under the impetus of a series of national policies.The utility tunnel project has the characteristics of complicated auxiliary node structure,uncertain excavation construction environment,and great difficulty in organization and coordination.It puts forward higher requirements for construction cost control.The traditional utility tunnel construction cost control has the shortcomings of low cost predictability and low degree of information management.BIM(Building Information Modeling,hereinafter referred to as"BIM")technology is used in building construction due to its advantages of integration,visualization,and simulation.Engineering and other fields have been initially applied to cost management,but most platforms and software are still limited to single-unit,single-set quota calculation rules,and lack of in-depth research in cost prediction and dynamic control.Under this background,it is of great research value and practical significance to study the construction cost control method of the utility tunnel project based on BIM technology and apply it to the actual project for verification.Aiming at the difficulties of the construction cost control of the utility tunnel project and the application points of the BIM technology,a control system of"pre-forecast+middle-control+post-mortem analysis"control system of the construction cost of the utility tunnel project was established based on the BIM5D model.The research content mainly includes:1)Autodesk Revit software is used as the core modeling software of the utility tunnel BIM3D model,on this basis,an automatic association mechanism among the BIM3D model components,the process and the price is established,then the BIM5D model of the utility tunnel project is created.2)According to BIM5D construction cost control system,the construction cost process control of utility tunnel project is carried out.Based on BP neural network algorithm and BIM5D model,the pre cost prediction model is constructed to optimize the construction cost control baseline.Based on the improved earned value method and the BIM5D model,an middle cost control model is constructed.The cost deviation parameter is used to dynamically adjust the cost,and CV%is introduced to perform a quantitative analysis of the cost deviation afterwards,and the obtained analysis results are fed back to the cost control process;3)Taking an underground utility tunnel in Xi’an as an example,the application of BIM5D construction cost process control is applied.The application results show that the prediction result of BP neural network BCWP_N is closer to the actual cost ACWP than the actual budget cost BCWP.Compared with the CV_N,the overall error of CV is reduced by 23.78%.Combining the improved earned value method and BIM5D model for construction cost control,dynamic control measures are taken for the construction cost of the project for 18-20 weeks,so that the construction cost control for 21-25 weeks is in good condition,and the construction cost for 18-25 weeks is detailedly analyzed from the causes of deviation,which provide an analysis basis for the specific selection of corrective measures.This article explores the application of BIM technology in the construction cost control of the utility tunnel project from two dimensions of theory and practice.The research results provide a reference for the construction cost management method of the utility tunnel project from experience management to decision management upgrade,and at the same time provide a reference for the development of domestic related BIM cost control software and platforms.
