Research On Industrial Heritage Regeneration And Renewal Design

The industrial revolution brought the world into the industrial era,promoted the rapid development of social productive forces,and effectively promoted social change.With the advent of the post-industrial era,the industrial structure continues to adjust,a large number of industrial land stop production,resulting in a large number of workshop plants,industrial buildings,mechanical facilities and other idle waste.The cities closely related to industrial development in China are also in the urban transition period of"retrogression".How to deal with a large number of industrial relics is an urgent problem.Simple"push back",obviously can not adapt to the contemporary urban development,the national implementation of sustainable development requirements.Some of the industrial landscape left behind has special cultural connotation and has great value of protection,renewal and reuse,and landscape regeneration and renewal is one of the effective methods to stimulate the vitality of industrial heritage sites.How these industrial relics escape the fate of being dismantled and embark on a more peaceful path of renewal is a task facing the present generation.This paper makes a systematic research and arrangement on the practice of the protection and renewal and reuse of industrial heritage sites involved in the field of landscape at home and abroad,summarizes and combs the development process of landscape renewal and transformation of industrial heritage sites,and draws lessons from ecology and modern art.Based on the theoretical and practical achievements of industrial cultural heritage protection,this paper sums up the mode types and unique design strategies of landscape renewal and transformation of industrial heritage sites.Finally,combined with the industrial development context and present environment of Jiangzhou waste shipyard,the above transformation strategy is applied to the scheme design of shipyard example.The development of industrial heritage tourism model which can protect and continue the historical connotation of urban industry and has the function of tourism and rest.How industrial remains escape from the fate of demolition and embark on a more peaceful path of renewal is a subject facing contemporary people.Taking landscape regeneration and renewal design as the starting point,this paper aims to seek the future outlet of industrial heritage regeneration design,and then puts forward the feasibility reference value for landscape regeneration design of China's industrial heritage.
