| On May 1,2018,the Ministry of transport and the Standardization Committee officially issued JT / T 1178.1-2018 technical conditions for the safety of freight cars in operation part 1: freight cars.The regulations refer to the requirements of the European Union standard ECE r29-03 and improve the safety protection requirements of freight cars in operation.For truck manufacturers,if their trucks fail to meet the requirements of the new regulations,the corresponding products cannot be put on the market.Based on the above background,this paper takes the traction truck of an enterprise as the research object,focusing on the poor safety performance of its cab structure.First of all,the finite element theory of truck cab structure safety is combed with reference to the research results at home and abroad,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the rationality of the finite element model is verified by comparing the virtual simulation of the target truck cab with the modal results of the real vehicle test.Thirdly,with reference to JT / T The safety protection standards in 1178.1-2018 simulate and analyze the safety characteristics of the target truck under the conditions of frontal collision accident,90 ° rollover accident,180 ° rollover accident and rear wall collision accident,investigate the deformation of the cab at the moment of the accident and the living space of the internal drivers and passengers,and conclude that the original data frontal collision and A-pillar collision do not meet the regulatory requirements.Finally,by adding aluminum alloy energy absorbing box,replacing high-strength steel plate and optimizing the mounting structure,the cab data are revised and the simulation analysis is carried out again.The results show that the optimized cab structure performance can meet the regulatory requirements.In order to improve the structure of the target truck cab and realize the industrial production,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions,which reduces the risk of the traditional bench test cycle improvement,thus saving the cost of automobile research and development,and has guiding significance for the actual production.. |
