Since the industrial revolution,the production space is not intensive,the living space is not suitable,and the ecological space is not green.The phenomenon of unreasonable allocation of production space is frequent,the supply and demand structure of living space is unbalanced,the ecological space is seriously degraded,and the spatial structure in China is unbalanced.The entity form and subject of the"ecological-production-living"space is land,and the division cannot be separated from the land type and function;value is an important way to directly and accurately calculate the function,and the multi-function can also be reflected by the value;optimizing the"ecological-production-living"space from the perspective of the value can promote the function coordination.Therefore,how to optimize the"ecological-production-living"space has become an important proposition and practical problem of regional sustainable development.In view of this,in accordance with the logical thinking of“spatial identification-value measurement-optimal allocation”,this paper studied the fellow.Based on the current situation of land use and functional areas in Xuzhou,and on the basis of the calculation method of production,living and ecological value in Xuzhou,quantitative accounting of“ecological-production-living”value,according to the classification results of construction land and cultivated land,the spatial expression of“ecological-production-living”value is carried out,use the grey linear programming model to determine the optimal scenario of quantity optimization,use the Flus model to carry out the spatial optimal layout of the optimal scenario,and finally make the supporting suggestions.The research results show that:(1)In the aspect of spatial identification and evolution characteristics of“Ecological-Production-Living”:this paper identifies six types,including strong production weak ecology,strong ecological weak production and strong life weak production.The space changed significantly,the area of strong production weak living increased most obviously,and the area of strong ecological weak production decreased most obviously.In terms of single dynamic degree,the increase of the half production half life in Xuzhou urban area is the most obvious(10.38%),and the decrease of strong ecology weak production is the most obvious(-13.77%);in terms of comprehensive dynamic degree,the comprehensive dynamic degree is the largest in 2015-2019,and the lowest in 2010-2015;the change of land use transfer matrix is different.(2)In terms of the value measurement and spatial pattern evolution of“Ecological-Production-Living”:in terms of quantitative measurement,the production value of commercial land(696.15-1822.36),the living value of residential land increased the most significantly(75854-2422.02),and the ecological value of cultivated land decreased the most significantly(3823.64-3553.43).The results show that there is a circular distribution trend.Because of the centralized production and living space in the city center,the value is the highest,and the area is gradually expanded and obviously expanded to the East.The value of“Ecological-Production-Living”in other regions shows a differential distribution.(3)In the aspect of optimization:(1)Quantity optimization shows:the results of seven optimization according to the different importance of ecological value have little difference.With the improvement of ecological value,the area of providing ecological functions increases,but the scale of occupying ecological function space type is declining.(2)Spatial optimization results:the spatial optimization results in 2025 involve 31 kinds of spatial type changes,the six most important types,accounting for 67.72%of all change types.The proportion of the area from strong production and weak ecology to strong life weak production is the largest(20.80%),the proportion of the area from strong ecology weak production to strong life and weak production is the smallest(3.21%).Finally,the change type of strong production weak life and strong life weak production is mainly distributed in the periphery of the current construction land in 2015.In 2025,Xuzhou will expand outward.(4)In the aspect of optimization proposal:(1)The scale of strong production weak ecology,strong production weak life,half production half life,strong life weak production,strong ecology weak production,production life ecology are respectively 1998.82km~2,285.95km~2,81.72km~2,432.78km~2,234.70km~2 and 35.35km~2.(2)Intensive and economical utilization of production space living space,improvement of the efficiency of production and living space,reasonable planning and layout space,realization of the coordination and matching degree of production,living and ecological space,and promotion of the coordinated development of regional production,living and ecological space.(3)promotion of the value of unit area,especially the corresponding value of unit ecological space,Increase the ecological space appropriately,and resolutely do not reduce the space of high ecological value.There are 28 maps,43 tables and 124 references in this paper.
