In recent years,with the continuous increase of car ownership,the contradiction between supply and demand of parking facilities has become increasingly prominent,and the difficulty of urban parking has become more serious.The proposal of the concept of parking sharing makes the parking demand at different time periods in the urban area reasonably adjusted,which provides a new solution to the problem of urban parking difficulty.The idle characteristics of parking resources in residential areas during the day provides the possibility to integrate regional parking resources and improve the utilization rate of parking spaces.At present,cities such as Beijing and Shanghai in China have launched a variety of shared parking space software,but the data confirms that user participation is not high,and the development of shared parking spaces in residential areas is restricted.From the perspective of residential parking lots' willingness to share,use intention,and selection behavior,this paper discusses the factors that affect the parking lots owners' willingness to share,using intention of parking lots,and parking selection behaviors.First of all,based on the existing research,with the framework of Combined Technology Acceptance Model and Planning Behavior Theory(C-TAM-TPB: Combined Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior),the concept model of parking space sharing willingness in residential areas is established with two variables of trust and risk introduced,and the influencing factors of parking space sharing willingness of parking space owners in residential areas are analyzed.Secondly,based on the Behavioral Reasoning Theory(BRT: Behavior Reasoning Theory),a model of influencing factors of parking space using intention is constructed,and an empirical study is conducted on the influencing mechanism of the use of shared parking spaces in residential areas.Thirdly,the attributes of paking lots users and parking spaces are analyzed and the Binary Logit model is used to establish a parking space selection behavior model.Through the above research,the establishment and analysis of the sharing willingness-using intention-selection behavior,a complete parking space sharing system in the residential area is realized.In this paper,the structural equation model is used to conduct an empirical study on the above two models.In this paper,the method of empirical investigation is adopted and empirical research based on the sample data of three kinds of questionnaires are conducted.The results show that the three models fit well and can explain the formation mechanism of the sharing willingness and usage intention of shared parking lots in residential areas.In order to further promote the use of parking lots in residential areas,this research provides a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for sharing software platform operators and government departments to issue corresponding policies.
