Industrial of 4.0 each application need to promote the substantial research and application development of the industry,this topic from with soft package equipment production leading enterprise in research and development of intelligent soft bag production factory industry-university-institute cooperation of the project,project on the workflow of the soft bag production line and material flow based on the analysis of the investigation and research,completed the soft bag production line manufacturing execution systems MES and advanced planning scheduling APS key and fundamental research and application development.Different process of the soft bag production line of production management,material management and process management requirements and characteristics of the subject is put forward including printing,composite,cutting and the work of each working procedure such as single,material parameters and process management,implements the work order in each process running under the material called materials,product output,and remaining material withdrawing treatment processes and interactions with the WMS function;Aiming at the integrity management of the operation of the production process,the paper puts forward the constraint management of using the process button to form the start and completion of the work order.The process button and the operation parameter submission box are used together to form the feedback channel function for the production process data.Aiming at the automatic scheduling requirements of machine and operation time in the management of soft package production line,the project firstly conducts the production scheduling based on the BOM structure of the soft package product based on the process work order and process materials based on the characteristics and parameters of the BOM.At the same time,in view of the soft bag production line based on the assembly line and parallel management characteristics of the machine,is proposed based on using the laws of Johnson line scheduling and parallel-machine scheduling method based on the SPT algorithm,algorithm development and functional verification testing,reached the desired effect,and based on orders,resources,and inventory gantt chart visual developmentFinally,based on the requirements of the MES and APS modules developed in this project and the operation linkage between ERP and WMS in the intelligent factory,the communication mode of using the intermediate database was proposed,and the interactive management between ERP and project APS on the upper layer of the system and workshop logistics and WMS and project MES was realized.
