| With the advantages of fast construction speed,low cost and green environmental protection,prefab building occupies an increasing share in China’s construction field.Partition board as the main component of prefabricated construction,in the actual construction of light bar as the main material,through the metal connecting vertical fixed in the column and beam,although plank used between the bonding material,but in the use of the late often wall cracking caused by shrinkage,such as cutting,punching,effect the beauty of the architecture and function.Therefore,the wallboard with better overall performance is needed to be applied in practical engineering.China is located in the seismic belt,earthquakes happen frequently,people suffer from it.At the same time,the seismic resistance is an important performance index of the building structure,a large number of literature shows that the partition wall has a great impact on the seismic performance of the structure,so it is very necessary to study the seismic performance of this kind of wallboard.This paper presents two new types of integral partition panels.The finite element software SAP2000 was used to simulate and analyze the stiffness of the new type partition wall panel.By means of equivalent oblique compression bar model simulation analysis of the new partition board and sintered porous brick effect on the whole structure of shale and USES the Pushover analysis method,get the performance,the base shear-point displacement and development sequence of plastic hinges,layer displacement and displacement between the layers,interlayer displacement Angle,such as performance indicators,comparative analysis,the seismic performance of the new partition board.The results show that the stiffness of the new wall board increases with the length of the wall and has a linear relationship with the stiffness of the frame.Under the action of horizontal force,the upper compression zone of the bearing side of the partition wall is destroyed first,and the tensile stress at the intersection of the middle beam and the vertical column is concentrated.There are little differences in the performance points,plastic hinge development sequence,layer displacement and interlayer displacement of the two structures.This has a certain role in promoting the application of the new partition board in the prefabricated building and has certain significance for the development of the construction industry. |
