At present,the research on the testing technology of transmission characteristics of magnetic pumps is relatively lagging.At the same time,compared with ordinary dynamic seal pumps,magnetic pumps are significantly different in structure,transmission principle,force,and support.Although it can be calculated theoretically,it has not been verified by experiment to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation,and in the course of the operation monitoring of the actual magnetic pump,it has been found many times that the operation result is inconsistent with the theoretical calculation.In order to verify whether the theoretical calculation is correct,improve the research on the transmission characteristic test technology of the magnetic pump and improve the success rate of the design of the subsequent products,based on the analysis of transmission characteristics,this paper proposes a transmission characteristic test plan,combined with LabVIEW virtual instrument technology,design a detailed and complete magnetic pump transmission characteristic test system,test the system and use it to carry out transmission characteristic test analysis.The basic content of the paper is as follows:(1)The transmission characteristics of the magnetic pump are analyzed,and the test scheme is designed for each test characteristic.For the magnetic pump that is very different from the ordinary centrifugal pump in terms of structure and force,the generation mechanism,characteristics and influencing factors of the static magnetic torque,starting torque and eddy current loss of magnetic pump are analyzed.Completely analyze the static,dynamic and energy loss characteristics of magnetic pumps,which are different from ordinary centrifugal pumps,and design a test scheme for the static magnetic torque,starting torque and eddy current loss of the magnetic pump.(2)A test system for the transmission characteristics of the magnetic pump was established.Combined with LabVIEW virtual instrument,starting from the static magnetic torque test,starting torque test,eddy current loss test,test bed hardware design,and software design,a complete and reliable transmission characteristic test analysis system was established.(3)Repeated test verification of the test system was conducted to verify the reliability of the magnetic pump transmission characteristic test system.Experimental analysis is made for the influencing factors of static magnetic torque,starting torque and eddy current loss,and suggestions for the design and use of magnetic pumps are given in combination with factors such as energy loss and structural design.
