With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the bottleneck and dilemma of the development of the construction industry are becoming more and more prominent.There is insufficient space for market development,the demand for skilled personnel in construction enterprises is obviously insufficient,and the labor cost further increases,leading to the continuous increase in the cost of construction projects.In the face of many difficult development difficulties,construction enterprises can only obtain more construction projects and output high-quality engineering products with reasonable low cost and short construction period,so as to reduce the cost,shorten the construction period and effectively improve the operation and management ability while ensuring the quality.Based on this,this article selects the company S G project as the research object,first this paper the theoretical review of cost management at home and abroad,respectively from the project to study the present situation of cost management and cost management method,combing the construction enterprise cost management an important theory and the cost management of academic research results at home and abroad,as well as the current situation of the development of the earned value method in this paper,and then summarizes the enlightenment and deficiency of existing research.Secondly,the paper expounds the relevant concepts of project construction cost management and the significance and advantages and disadvantages of the application of earned value method.Identification of the project construction costs,to comb the problems in the project construction cost management,and then based on the earned value project construction cost management,from the legal theory for the application of earned value method on cost management of G combed the basic flow,find the deviation between the actual cost and construction budget,and integrating the organization structure,process,system,etc.,analyzes the importance of the construction project cost management,guarantee the smooth application of the method of earnedvalue management.Finally,this article in view of the company S G project reflects the construction cost management issues,respectively from the periodic engineering cost management consciousness,completes the project cost budget,strengthen the progress and cost of synchronous control,improving the quality of data acquisition and control material consumption,controls the material price of this a few aspects of construction enterprises to strengthen the management of construction cost measures are put forward.In this paper,the combination of theoretical research and practical engineering analysis,the use of earned value method to analyze the construction cost of S company G project,can be for the enterprise and the same kind of construction enterprise managers of certain reference significance and reference value,and can promote the enterprise more prepared to do a good job in project cost management.It is of great significance for construction enterprises to strengthen the management of project construction cost,and to increase profits,increase safety benefits and speed up the project schedule.Therefore,strengthening the project construction cost management is more and more important.
