Study On Characteristics And Management Strategies Of On-street Parking In The Central Area Of Qiqihar

As a necessary supplementary form to solve the contradiction between urban parking supply and demand,On-street parking plays an important role in alleviating the parking problem in urban central district.How to scientifically plan,set up and manage on-street parking under the condition of limited urban road resources is a systematic problem that urban traffic management departments need to solve.In recent years,with the rising ownership of vehicles,parking problem in the central area of Qiqihar is becoming more and more prominent,as the construction of parking lots and off-road public parking lots lags behind,people are highly dependent on on-street parking,this situation has a great negative impact on both the dynamic traffic system and the slow traffic system.Based on this,the paper makes a systematic study on the characteristics and management strategies of on-street parking in the central area,which provides a necessary reference for the scientific analysis and solution of the outstanding problems existing in on-street parking,and has certain practical significance.Following the basic ideas of field survey,characteristic investigation,problem analysis and countermeasure Suggestions,the thesis conducts the research by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and systematic analysis.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1,the paper makes a general analysis on the design form,influencing factors and characteristic indexes of on-street parking.2,the main area of the investigation is the BuKui comprehensive area which has the most prominent parking problem in the central area of Qiqihar.Based on the characteristics of on-street parking facilities,behavior characteristics,operation characteristics and management characteristics,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of on-street parking in BuKui comprehensive area,and studies the distribution law and characteristics of on-street parking.3,Taking the status of on-street parking in BuKui comprehensive area as the research background,the on-street parking questionnaire was designed and investigated,then SPSSAU software was used to analyze the satisfaction degree of on-street parking and the centralized feedback from the public,and the parking demand was predicted.On this basis,the problems and causes of on-street parking in the three aspects of planning,setting and management were analyzed.5,In view of the above problems,short-term solutions and long-term management strategies for on-street parking are proposed from five aspects: policy guarantee,planning,set up and management,and other types of parking facilities.This paper makes a systematic study on the on-street parking characteristics and on-street parking management strategies in the central area of Qiqihar,highlighting the pertinacity and practicability.The in-depth study on parking demand prediction is not enough,and further in-depth discussion will be made.
