With the rapid development of China’s economy,as one of China’s important energy companies, power companies are involved in more and more complex businesses, and the demand for information management of construction projects is becoming more and more urgent. However, because the original construction project information management mode is mostly based on traditional manual management and paper records, the management efficiency is low and the resource consumption is high, which can no longer meet the current social needs of fierce competition.Using computer technology to improve the project information management mode of the power enterprise is an effective means of accelerating the construction of enterprise management informationization and improving work efficiency.Using computer technology to improve the project information management mode of the power enterprise is an effective means of accelerating the construction of enterprise management informationization and improving work efficiency. This article discusses in detail the design and implementation of the power industry construction project management information(abbreviation: PMIS)system. This system is based on the construction project information management function requirements provided by an electric power system company in Anhui, combined with the investigation of the construction project information management functions and business processes of domestic and foreign electric power companies, and detailed analysis of the system’s demand background and the system Objectives, functional requirements of each module of the system and performance requirements of the system.First, through the analysis of the system’s functional module requirements and performance requirements, the specific technical route of the system is determined as follows:1)The B / S structure mode is adopted for design, and the PMIS system under the B / S structure can be directly accessed through the browser without frequent update and installation of the client.2)A very classic framework for developing Web applications,Spring MVC,is used for development. The Spring MVC framework reduces the coupling between codes, and the codeis concise to greatly improve the development efficiency of the system.3)Front-end development adopts Bootstrap framework and HTML + CSS + JavaScript technology.4)The back-end development adopts Java language for functional logic development, and uses AJAX technology to realize the interaction between the front-end and back-end.The Ajax engine balances the load between the client and the server, moves some back-end work to the front-end,reduces the burden on the server, accelerates the page loading speed, realizes a smooth user interface, and handles business more efficiently and quickly.5)Use MySQL database for project information data storage management.MySQL is small, not only fast, easy to use,but also has strong portability and low cost. Then, the overall structure of the system is designed, and the entire system is designed into seven core functional modules of bid management, equipment management, operation management, construction management, financial management, comprehensive management and system management, and is determined by the design of the ER entity diagram Correspondence between various entities and complete the design of database tables. Finally,on the basis of the system core function module design and database design, this paper has completed the realization of system functions. And through the functional test and performance test of the system, find and fix the bugs in the system,so that the PMIS system can better meet the needs of an electric power system enterprise in Anhui.
