Study On The Value Evaluation And Protection Strategies Of The Cultural Landscape Of Small Towns In The Alpine Ethnic Regions

With the rapid advancement of urbanization and strategies such as rural revitalization,the development of rural areas has been accelerated and the challenges to the protection and inheritance of rural cultural landscapes have also been brought.A large number of rural planning practices show the development status of "one side of thousands of towns" and "one side of thousands of villages",which have made the regional traditional characteristic culture disappeared.In this context,the problems of how to protect the cultural landscape features of traditional villages in the alpine ethnic region and how to preserve the local characteristics and cultural features which with their histories developed are urgent to be solved.The study takes Langmusi Town of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example,and uses data analysis methods,field survey methods and questionnaire interview methods to systematically mine and recognize the cultural landscape types and characteristics of Langmusi Town.On this basis,the paper constructs the value evaluation system of cultural landscape in Langmusi town from five value dimensions of history,culture,aesthetics,ecology and society,and combines qualitative and quantitative methods The methods of this paper respectively evaluate the value of experts and residents.Based on the comparative analysis of the two types of evaluation results,the protection and application strategies of cultural landscape in Langmusi Town are proposed.The research results mainly include the following:1.After researching,analyzing and summarizing the relevant literature materials,also referring to the relevant landscapes resources’ classification standards and combining the the cultural landscape features of Langmusi Town,I divide the cultural landscape into seven categories: Residential buildings,Religious etiquette buildings,Historical sites,Traditional expressive cultural landscapes,Culture places,Nomadic cultural landscapes and Diet.2.Starting from the connotation of the local cultural landscape value,I construct the Langmusi Town’s evaluation systems of cultural landscape value.Taking the seven categories of cultural landscapes as the evaluation target layer.Taking the five dimensions,which are history,culture,aesthetics,ecology,and society,as the evaluationcriteria Layer.Meanwhile,using the 21 evaluation indexes that finally selected by the fuzzy Delphi method as the evaluation plan layer.3.The value of seven types of cultural landscapes of Langmusi Town were evaluated from the perspective of experts and residents.The results show that the evaluation scores of the various types of cultural landscapes by the residents’ group are higher than the experts’ group and there are some differences in the evaluation standards beween the residents’ group and the experts’ group.However,the results of the two groups of evaluations show that the cultural landscape of religious ritual buildings has the highest value and the cultural landscape of diet has the lowest value.Based on the evaluation results of the two types of audiences,The value of seven types of cultural landscapes of Langmusi Town,which based on meeting the needs of residents,is ranked from the highes to the lowest as follows: Religious etiquette buildings,Culture places,Historical sites,Traditional expressive cultural landscapes,Residential buildings,Nomadic cultural landscapes,Diet.Finally,the protection and application strategies for the cultural landscapes of Langmusi Town will be put forward,which based on the comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results of cultural landscapes.
