Research On The Design Of Shijiazhuang "Yan Gui Lai" Characteristic Town Based On Space Syntax

In today's national development situation,if China's economy is to achieve further growth,urbanization must be a key strategic measure to achieve this development goal in the future.The process of urbanization not only represents the increase of urban population,but also represents the change of national economic growth mode and social governance mode,which ultimately affects people's lifestyle and cultural values.The study of urbanization process is very helpful to realize the rapid development of China's economy.With the deepening of urbanization,the development of characteristic towns has made some achievements and gradually attracted people's attention.The inspiration of characteristic towns comes from foreign characteristic towns,such as fund town-Greenwich town in the United States,cultural tourism town-Davos town in Switzerland,etc.The industry and culture of characteristic towns have their own unique flavor.Characteristic town is different from traditional town: in form,it can be an independent area outside the big city,or a unique plot inside the big city;in industry,it depends on a characteristic industry to promote local economic development.At present,the research of Characteristic Towns in China is almost from the connotation of industry,function,culture and operation mechanism of characteristic towns to study the characteristics of characteristic towns,but few from the spatial form of planning and construction of characteristic towns to study and discuss the unique characteristics of characteristic towns.Spatial syntax is a spatial analysis method based on spatial cognition.It uses quantitative methods to study the cognitive relationship between space and human,space and society,and returns to space itself,focusing on the interpretation and analysis of the structure of spatial morphology.Its core view is that space is not the background of socio-economic activities,but a part of its development.In a word,space syntax is a theory that discusses space form and its relationship from space itself.Starting from a practical project,this paper integrates the theory of spatial syntax into the design of spatial form of characteristic towns,providing new ideas for the design of spatial form of characteristic towns,and refining the extraction methods and means of spatial syntax elements in the design of spatial form of characteristic towns.The innovation of this paper is to use the spatial syntax theory as a means to intervene in the design of the spatial form of the characteristic town,to guide the process of the generation of the scheme,not only to analyze and optimize the spatial form of the characteristic town.
