Research On The Development And Application Of Underground Space In Residential Areas Of Severe Cold Areas

With the rapid development of domestic economy,the process of urbanization is also accelerating.The demand of cities for land is also growing because of the continuous development of urbanization.It’s a n important issue for government,developers and researchers to improve the utilization rate of existing urban land.So that it can also alleviate the increasingly contradictory problem of land supply and demand.The development and utilization of undergro und space is one of the most effective means to solve the issue.The geological conditions and climate characteristics of our country vary greatly with the geographical location,so that the design and application of underground space are also different.Especially in severe cold areas,the application of underground space is often limited by the influence of cold weather.On the basis of the actual situation in cold areas,this thesis systematically studies the application of underground space in severe co ld areas.The research methods used in the article include literature research,field research and case studies.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the basic characteristics of underground space and lists the successful cases of underground space from both domestic and foreign aspects.Then,it summarizes the current situation and existing problems of underground space applications in severe cold areas.Secondly,this thesis studies the exploitation and utilization of underground space from three aspects of function,space form,and heat preservation.Then,an exploitation and utilization scheme is proposed to realize the functions of living,transportation,commercial services,entertainment activities and storage of properties.Combined with the actual situatio n in the severe cold areas,the problem of energy savings is studied.Thirdly,this thesis designs the function,space form,energy savings and safety of the underground space and it takes the project of Heilongjiang Tongnange Zhongxingcheng·Tianyu as an actual case.The research results show that the application of underground space in severe cold areas is not limited to the application of underground garages,it can also be applied to the aspects of residential areas,commercial areas and storage properties.The purpose of research on the application of underground space in severe cold areas is to provide an example for the application of domestic underground space in severe cold areas.So that it can improve the utilization of underground space and Resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of land in the process of urbanization development.Then it can further change the current situation of utilization in severe cold areas and ensure the sustainable development of urbanization.At the same time,it can also provide effective guidance for the utilization of underground space in northern areas.
