Research On Quality Management Of CFG Pile Composite Foundation Treatment Engineering Of DZ Company

Cement fly ash gravel pile(CFG pile for short)composite foundation treatment method is an effective way of foundation treatment engineering.Influenced by the requirements of construction environment in urban areas,at present,the long spiral drilling machine is mainly used in Beijing area,which is suitable for cohesive soil,silt and artificial fill foundation above the groundwater level.This construction method has the characteristics of fast construction speed,low cost and little pollution,but in the construction project,quality problems occur from time to time,and the causes of quality problems are not well summarized.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance and application value to carry out systematic and comprehensive engineering quality management research on CFG pile composite foundation treatment project.This thesis takes the construction project of DZ company as the research object,mainly carries out the following research work:(1)Through the literature review and the collection and analysis of specific project data,the main construction quality problems of CFG pile composite foundation treatment project are summarized.Based on the principle of pareto chart statistics,taking H project of DZ company as an example,on the basis of data collection and statistics of construction data,this thesis analyzes the quality problems of construction in primary and secondary,and finds out the main construction quality problems that need further analysis.(2)By using the method of brainstorming,the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of quality problems is carried out,and then the weight coefficients of each influencing factor are obtained by using the calculation method of grey correlation degree theory,and the conclusion is given.From the point of view of the construction process of CFG pile composite foundation treatment project,the main quality influencing factors found are subdivided and solutions are formulated.Combined with the dynamic quality control process,the construction quality checklist of CFG pile composite foundation treatment project is developed for the quality control before and during construction process.(3)Using the above conclusions,the specific quality management implementation of D project of DZ company was carried out.In the process of D project quality management,two PDCA cycles were carried out to verify the validity of the research results.Based on the relevant theory of quality management,this thesis finds the solution to the main quality problems in the CFG pile composite foundation treatment project,and through the practice of specific projects,it proves that the results of this thesis are scientific and effective.It is a good reference for the same type of project construction quality management of DZ company.
