Research On The Value Evaluation Of Port Supply Chain Platform

Based on the new generation of information technology,port supply chain platform serves the upstream and downstream enterprises of port supply chain,forming a new service mode with data assets as the core.When the bank gives credit to the port supply chain platform,it needs to evaluate the value of the platform to correctly guide the risk investment decision.However,due to the specialization of port supply chain industry,its value evaluation method is different from other commercial information platforms.How to evaluate the value of the port supply chain platform scientifically and reasonably is the main content of this paper.Firstly,this paper mainly studies the relevant theories in the process of building the port supply chain platform,and from the two aspects of the characteristics and business structure of the port supply chain platform,it elaborates the components,participants and functional positioning of the port supply chain platform.Aiming at the top-level design of port supply chain platform,this paper puts forward the architecture scheme for the construction of supply chain platform from the application architecture,data architecture,technical architecture,security system,technical standards and management specifications.Combined with the above characteristics,the paper constructs a port supply chain platform value evaluation model.Because the port supply chain platform is the product of the integration of Internet platform and port logistics industry,it is difficult to use traditional value evaluation methods to evaluate.Therefore,a port supply chain platform value comprehensive evaluation model considering both financial indicators and non-financial indicators is constructed to integrate the port supply chain The trading ability,value-added ability and risk prevention and control ability of the platform are integrated into the value evaluation system as factors affecting the value of the platform.Combined with the literature and actual production of previous scholars,three value levels,five first level indicators and 19 second level indicators,including the target level,are selected to form the value evaluation index system,and the AHP method is used to determine each of them Weight of the indicators.Using the established value evaluation model,combined with the application of the actual case,two representative port supply chain platforms are selected for value evaluation.The case study shows that the evaluation model can be used to compare different port supply chain platforms and provide reference for investment decision-making of banks and other financial institutions.
