With the development of the market economy,the construction industry has rapidly developed into a pillar industry of Japan's economic development.Construction companies also rely on technological means to strengthen control and strive to maximize profits.At present,the biggest bottleneck problem faced by construction companies is how to implement effective cost control during the construction of engineering projects.Cost control is the most important part of a construction project,and the cost in the construction phase is high.If a construction company wants to gain a foothold in the construction industry,strengthening project cost control is the primary factor.With the development of computerization,under the influence of the Internet,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and other new standards,computerized tool BIM technology is introducing cost management in the construction phase.This article introduces the background and importance of the research,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on BIM technology and construction management.Provide a method and innovation for this research.Introduce and analyze the concepts and functions of BIM technology.Check cost management principles,existing problems and management methods during the construction phase.Organized how to manage the construction cost of engineering projects.The application of BIM technology in construction cost management of engineering projects is mainly analyzed from two stages: construction preparation stage and construction implementation stage.Plan specific processes for construction cost management.Establish a BIM-based project construction cost management effectiveness model,provide detailed main and auxiliary indicators,use the analytic hierarchy process to construct a judgment matrix,and combine fuzzy overall evaluation for fuzzy evaluation.Project Y introduced the application of BIM technology,conducted cost analysis,and evaluated the effectiveness of the BIM-based construction cost management effectiveness model of the project.The evaluation results show that the construction of BIM-based engineering projects of the institute has played a better role in construction cost management.
