| In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to resource conservation and environmental protection,and has integrated the concept of green environmental protection into all walks of life.Therefore,further in-depth analysis of the green performance produced by prefabricated buildings in various aspects is conducive to promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.This paper summarizes the research status of prefabricated buildings and green evaluation,summarizes the green research performance of prefabricated buildings and green evaluation of prefabricated buildings,and uses sustainable development theory and full life cycle theory as the theoretical basis for prefabricated buildings.The green performance advantages of prefabricated buildings compared with cast-in-place buildings are further analyzed.From the perspective of sustainable development of buildings,analyze the main factors that affect the greenness of prefabricated buildings,and use this as the basis for selecting indicators.From the four aspects of resource conservation and utilization,environmental protection,comfort(indoor environment),and management mechanisms,we have selected and integrated With 17 indicators,a green evaluation indicator system for prefabricated buildings was constructed.The weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the cloud matter-element model is used in the green evaluation of prefabricated buildings through the combination of cloud model and matter-element analysis to construct the green evaluation model of prefabricated buildings.Use the evaluation model to carry out a green comprehensive evaluation of actual cases,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model,provide a complete set of evaluation tools for green evaluation of prefabricated buildings,and provide a supporting basis for the greenness of prefabricated buildings,which is beneficial to prefabricated buildings Promotion of construction.Figure15;Table26;Reference 82... |
