Research On Informatization Evaluation Of Prefabricated Building EPC Enterprise

With the improvement of technological,economic and environmental demands,the construction industry is facing "new challenges",facing "new normal" and seeking "new development".With its characteristics of standardized design,factory production,assembly construction and information management,prefabricated buildings have unique advantages in saving time limit for a project,controlling cost and reducing pollution,thus injecting new vitality into the construction industry.EPC project full lifecycle management mode can meet the internal requirements of Fine management of prefabricated buildings;In addition,with the development and application of information technology,information construction has become an important part for enterprises to obtain market competitive advantages.Under the background of the above,a large number of construction enterprises actively transform and upgrade,expand prefabricated building projects and carry out full lifecycle management,and seek for the direction of information construction suitable for their own development,so a large quantities of prefabricated building EPC enterprises have emerged.However,information construction is a long-term and complex system engineering,which can not accurately measure the level of enterprise information,and Lack of scientific guidance for development decision-making,is the main reason hindering enterprise information construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the informatization evaluation of EPC enterprises in prefabricated buildings,to help enterprises find the right direction of informatization construction,and to effectively promote enterprise informatization construction.This paper first discusses the theory of prefabricated building,EPC model,enterprise informatization and enterprise informatization evaluation,summarizes the characteristics,information characteristics and informatization demand characteristics of EPC enterprise of prefabricated building,and analyzes the influencing factors of informatization.On this basis,the prefabricated construction EPC influencing factors as the breakthrough point of enterprise information,related literature at home and abroad for reference,with reference to the country,the construction industry is relatively mature informatization evaluation standard system,through the methods such as comprehensive comparison,expert argumentation,built three levels,contains four aspects:18 specific indicators of prefabricated construction EPC enterprise informatization evaluation index system;Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the characteristics and applicability of various evaluation methods,and combining with matter-element analysis theory and extension mathematics theory,A comprehensive evaluation model of multidimensional extension matter-element is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)index weighting.Finally taking China railway construction bridge engineering bureau group construction assembly technology co.LTD as an example,this paper expounds the practical application of the model to process,verify the rationality and applicability of the model,Using Max software and EXCEL tools to assist data processing and calculation,got the enterprise informatization evaluation level,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and Suggestions.This article research results for prefabricated construction EPC of enterprise informatization evaluation provides effective reference,on the basis of the evaluation results,enable enterprises to understand the current informatization construction situation,to clear information construction direction,in turn,to promote the informationization level,to enhance enterprise core competitive ability,indirect power construction in our country the development of industrialization and informatization.
