At present,the degradation of old buildings' structural functions,the change of building construction functions,the damage of building structures caused by natural disasters and other situations occur from time to time.Therefore,the reinforcement and transformation of buildings can effectively improve the structural safety of buildings.Therefore,relevant studies have strong practical significance and value.Based on the engineering practice,this paper makes a concrete research on the reinforcement and renovation technology of old buildings.According to the work flow of structural transformation and reinforcement,technical analysis was carried out from the owner's demand for transformation,structural inspection and appraisal,preliminary scheme design,scheme design optimization and transformation and reinforcement construction,and the carrying capacity and seismic capacity of the strengthened structure were reviewed and calculated and compared.At the same time,Abaqus software was used to conduct finite element analysis of a truss of frame and part of floor slab,and quasi-static method was used to model and calculate the seismic resistance of the structure.The following conclusions are obtained:1.The overall analysis of the structure after the reinforcement and transformation was carried out,and the bearing capacity of beams,plates and columns was checked.Compared with the original structure,the natural vibration period and structural displacement of the structure were reduced,while the overturning moment of the frame and the bearing capacity and stiffness of structural members were increased.2.Using Abaqus software,finite element analysis was carried out on a trussed frame and a partial floor slab of the whole frame.The floor is reinforced with bonded steel plates and carbon fiber sheets.It is found that the seismic performance of the strengthened members has been improved to some extent.For floor slab reinforcement,CFRP has a strong tensile capacity,so the corresponding bearing capacity of floor slab is greatly improved,which is higher than that of steel plate reinforcement,but the corresponding seismic performance is weaker than that of steel plate reinforcement.
