Anqing New Area Water System Planning Study

The city is a region where politics,culture and economy are concentrated.at the same time,it is also a region with dense lakes,low terrain and prone to floods.In addition to its flood control and drainage and water transportation functions,the city’s water system also has various functions such as water supply,green space supply,environmental protection,natural protection,tourism and entertainment,transportation,culture and education.these emerging functions of water system put forward higher requirements for the city’s current water system planning.Water system planning is the basis of water resources,water environment,water ecology,water landscape,water culture,flood control and drainage,and water transportation.The core content of water system planning is to establish a backbone channel suitable for the comprehensive development and utilization of regional water resources.That is,on the basis of investigation and analysis of the existing problems in the current water system,with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of regional water conservancy,the water system layout that meets the requirements of various water resources,water environment,water ecology,water landscape,water culture,flood control and drainage,water transportation and other water conservancy planning requirements is formulated.Based on the current situation of water resources,natural geographical characteristics and urban development requirements in the eastern Anqing region,this paper comprehensively considers the requirements of flood control,water resources,water environment,water ecology,water landscape and other aspects,carries out necessary water system adjustment and water conservancy project layout,handles the relationship between water system and urban green space system,the relationship between water system and environmental quality protection and control,and the connection and connection of water system network,so as to realize the harmonious unification of urban construction and water ecological environment and to plan out the most suitable water system layout in plain river network region.The water system planning will adjust the existing river courses and water conservancy projects,and will definitely change the flood control situation of the original water system.therefore,the hydrodynamic model of the river network must be used to check the flood control safety at last.
