Research And Development Of Full-automatic Production Line For Active Belt Axle In CVT

At present,domestic CVT independent manufacturing companies are unable to meet market demand due to their traditional production methods and relatively backward manufacturing technology.Based on this,the automatic production line of the active belt axle was developed in the project to realize the automatic production of the active belt axle of the important component of CVT,This is of great significance to increase the production capacity of CVT manufacturers,reduce production costs and improve product competitiveness.Based on the design requirements of production line and production program,the production line production cycle and the number of stations was determined,and the production balance optimization design was completed.By analyzing the theories of the performance index evaluation of the production line,the preliminary performance evaluation of the production line was completed.Based on study the parts processing technology and the processing capabilities of equipment.Through analysis and compare the four principle layout forms of the production line,the overall layout of the production line was completed.According to the strategy of the two-dimensional layout of the production equipment,the optimal solution for the layout of the machine tool equipment was obtained,and then thedetailed layout and structural design of each production unit was completed.According to the overall design plan of the production line,the structural design of the conveyor and the tray in and out device was completed.Through analysis the working principle of the gear rolling machine,the material conveying device and the truss clamping device of the gear rolling machine were designed cleverly.In order to explore the production performance of the production line,the Flexsim software was used to realize the system simulation of the active belt axle production line,Through analysis the simulation results and improve the design plan of the production line,the simulation optimization of the production line was achieved.Finally,the design plan of the production that can meet the demand was obtained.
